Working with individuals, communities and companies in creating great design projects
Originally designed by world renowned arts and crafts Architect Eden Smith in the 1920's and situated on the environmentally sensitive Oak Ridges Moraine, delivery of the new club house and pro shop design required extensive consultation with club members, environmental activists and historical societies.
Ryan Company took an "Open Book" approach on the project from the preliminary design stages through to construction completion.
Several "community meetings" were held with the 350+ Type A membership group as well as with all authorities having jurisdiction to ensure complete community by-in in terms of design, costing and approach.
As construction cost was of major concern, detailed costing analysis was undertaken from the early stages of the design process through to the completion of the project, all of which was vetted by the membership through Ryan Company and our consultants.
The result is a project that was completed under budget, ahead of schedule and to the complete satisfaction of all involved. Success!
